What “dead on arrival” means: a part that does not work from its first correct use (for example a board that a computer does not recognise after you try a second cable and port), or that has a clear manufacturing defect.
Window: 14 days from delivery.
How to tell us: send the order number and a photo or short video of the part and the problem on WhatsApp. We may ask you to try a simple check (another cable or another computer).
What we do: if the defect is confirmed, we send the same part as a replacement and pay the courier both ways. If the part is out of stock, you choose: wait for the restock, or get that part’s price refunded.
Missing kit part: tell us within the same 14 days, with a photo or video of the kit being opened, and we send the missing part free.
Not covered:
- Breakage, mechanical damage, liquid, burn or heat marks.
- Reverse wiring, over-voltage, or an unsuitable power source.
- Parts that were soldered, modified, or had components removed.
- Software or settings problems that re-flashing or a USB driver fixes.
- Consumables such as batteries and cut wires.
One replacement per part per order. If the replacement also fails, we refund it.
Decision: our team decides after the photo or video, and may ask for the part back at our cost. This is not a general warranty on the part or on your project, and it does not reduce your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.
