Cash on delivery (COD) is available in every governorate of Egypt. You pay in cash when you receive your order.

- Cairo & Giza — 50 EGP
- Alexandria & Delta — 65 EGP
- Canal & Sinai — 75 EGP
- Upper Egypt, Red Sea & all other governorates — 90 EGP
Returns & Exchanges
You can exchange or return a product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, in its original condition, and comes with the purchase invoice.
